Taking Fear Out of Learning Michele Stover (Chemistry and Biochemistry) Students want to engage and learn in class, but they often fear the judgement of their peers and professor. In this SET, I will show you the current interactive software we are using in General Chemistry to address this issue. I will present preliminary results that show an increase in learning outcomes and a decrease in DFW rates.
